心理护理对患者术后的应用效果及对睡眠的影响

Effect of Psychological Nursing on Postoperative Sleep of Patients in Operating Room

目的:分析手术室患者采用心理护理的应用效果及对睡眠的影响。方法:将2019年2月至2022年1月福建省漳州市中医院204例术后患者随机分为观察组和对照组,并给予不同护理方案。观察2组护理前后焦虑、抑郁评分、血清学指标及PSQI评分、护理工作满意情况。结果:护理后观察组焦虑、抑郁评分更低(P<0.05)。观察组血清学指标更高(P<0.05),PSQI评分更低(P<0.05),观察组护理满意度为98.04%,高于对照组护理满意度81.37%(P<0.05)。结论:心理护理干预能有效降低术后患者的负性情绪,为手术顺利进行创造有利条件,同时也帮助改善患者睡眠质量,促进患者术后康复,提升患者满意度,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of psychological nursing in the nursing of patients in the operating room and its influence on postoperative sleep.Methods:A total of 204 postoperative patients in Zhangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Fujian Province from February 2019 to January 2022 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.They were randomly divided into two groups which were given different nursing programs.We observed anxiety and depression scores,serological indexes,PSQI scores and satisfaction with clinical nursing work of two groups before and after nursing.Results:After nursing,the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The observation group had higher serological indexes and lower PSQI scores(P s<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group(98.04%)was higher than the control group(98.04%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:For surgical patients,the implementation of psychological nursing intervention can effectively reduce the negative emotions of patients,create powerful conditions for the smooth operation of the surgery,and also help to improve the sleep quality of patients,promote postoperative recovery of patients,and improve patient satisfaction,which is worthwhile promotion.
