自我超越思维架构下的护理策略联合Pender健康促进模式干预对四肢骨折患者情绪及睡眠质量的影响

Effects of Nursing Strategies under The Framework of Self-transcendence Thinking Combined with Pender Health Promotion Model Intervention on Emotion and Sleep Quality in Patients with Limb Fractures

目的:探究自我超越思维架构下的护理策略联合Pender健康促进模式干预对四肢骨折患者情绪及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年9月至2021年9月联勤保障部队第909医院收治的四肢骨折患者108例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组54例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予自我超越思维架构下的护理策略联合Pender健康促进模式进行干预。观察2组患者干预前后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、并发症的发生率和护理满意度。结果:干预后2组SAS评分、SDS评分、PSQI评分均较干预前降低(P<0.05),观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率为5.56%,对照组并发症发生率为7.41%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的总护理满意率为94.44%,显著高于对照组护理满意率81.48%(P<0.05)。结论:自我超越思维架构下的护理策略联合Pender健康促进模式干预能更好地降低四肢骨折患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高其睡眠质量和护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of nursing strategy under the framework of self-transcendence thinking combined with pender health promotion model intervention on emotion and sleep quality in patients with limb fractures.Methods:A total of 108 patients with limb fractures admitted to the 909 Hospital of Joint Logistic Support Force from September 2019 to September 2021 were selected and divided into the control group(n=54)and observation group(n=54)according to random number table method,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given the nursing strategy under the framework of self-transcendence thinking combined with the pender health promotion model on the basis of the control group.The scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed before and after intervention.Results:After intervention,SAS score,SDS score and PSQI score of the 2 groups were decreased compared with before intervention(P<0.05),and the complication rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 5.56%and that of the control group was 7.41%.There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 94.44%,significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),which the total nursing satisfaction rate was 81.48%.Conclusion:Nursing strategy under the framework of self-transcendence thinking combined with pender health promotion model intervention can better reduce anxiety and depression in patients with limb fractures,improve their sleep quality and nursing satisfaction.
