手术室护理术前访视与宣教对患者术前睡眠及不良情绪的影响分析

Analysis of the Impact of Preoperative Nursing Visits and Education on Preoperative Sleep and Adverse Emotions of Patients in the Pperating Room

目的:探讨手术室护理术前访视与宣教对患者术前睡眠及不良情绪的影响。方法:选取2020年10月至2021年10月福建医科大学附属漳州市医院行择期手术治疗患者120例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组采用常规术前护理,观察组采用手术室护理术前访视与宣教,比较2组术前睡眠质量以及不良情绪。结果:干预后观察组的SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后2组的PSQI评分均较干预前降低(P<0.05),观察组的PSQI评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:手术室护理术前访视与宣教在改善患者术前睡眠质量、改善患者不良情绪方面可发挥积极作用。

Objective:To explore the effects of preoperative nursing visit and education in operating room on patients′sleep and bad mood.Methods:A total of 120 patients who underwent elective surgery in our hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected for study.Based on the principle of random number table,the patients were divided into two groups.60 patients were included in the control group,routine preoperative nursing and 60 patients in the observation group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared by preoperative visit and education of operating room nursing.Results:After the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The PSQI score of the two groups decreased(P<0.05).And the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Preoperative visit and education of operating room nursing can play a positive role in improving patients′preoperative sleep quality and bad mood,and can be popularized.
