基于行动研究法为理论的教育策略对溃疡性结肠炎患者自我护理能力和睡眠质量的影响

Effects of Action Research-based Educational Strategies on Self-care Ability and Sleep Quality of Ulcerative Colitis Patients

目的:探讨基于行动研究法为理论的教育策略对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者自我护理能力和睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2020年9月至2021年9月联勤保障部队第九〇九医院收治的UC患者105例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组(n=52)和观察组(n=53),对照组进行常规健康教育,观察组在对照组基础上给予基于行动研究法为理论的教育策略干预,观察2组患者自我护理能力以及睡眠质量。结果:干预90 d后,观察组自我护理能力量表(ESCA)各维度及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于行动研究法为理论的教育策略应用于UC患者有助于提高患者自护能力,改善睡眠质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of educational strategies based on action research method on self-care ability and sleep quality in patients with ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods:According to the random number table method,105 UC patients admitted in our hospital from September 2020 to September 2021 were divided into the observation group and the control group,52 cases in the control group received routine health education,and 53 cases in the observation group were in the control group.On this basis,educational strategy intervention based on action research method was given to observe the self-care ability and sleep quality of the two groups of patients.Results:After 90 days of intervention,the self-care ability scale(ESCA)in the observation group was higher than the control group in each dimension and total score(P<0.05);the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of educational strategies based on the theory of action research in UC patients can help improve patients′self-care ability and sleep quality.
