健康教育对食管癌患者术后睡眠情况及生命质量的影响

Effect of Health Education on Sleep Condition and Life Quality of Patients with Esophageal Cancer after Operation

目的:健康教育对食管癌患者术后睡眠情况及生命质量的影响。方法:选取2020年5月至2022年5月厦门大学附属第一医院胸外科收治的食管癌术后患者93例作为研究对象,以患者入院顺序编号分组,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,其中对照组46例,观察组47例。采用自制预后《食管癌患者术后护理认知度调查表》评估比较2组患者术后护理认知度,采用阿森斯失眠自评量表(AIS)评估2组患者的睡眠质量,采用诺丁汉健康量表(NHP)评价2组患者的生命质量,统计2组患者术后肺部感染、胸腔积液、吻合口瘘、误吸等并发症发生率。结果:护理干预后,观察组认知度评分显著高于对照组,观察组失眠自评量表(AIS)评分、生命质量评分及并发症发生率显著低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:食管癌术后患者进行健康教育后,不仅能有效提高认知度,改善患者的睡眠质量,还能提升患者的自护能力和生命质量,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To study the effects of health education on postoperative sleep and quality of life in patients with esophageal cancer.Methods:A total of 93 patients from May 2020 to May 2022 in First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,including 46 cases in the control group and 47 cases in the observation group.The postoperative care awareness of patients in the 2 groups was evaluated and compared by the self-made prognostic questionnaire of Postoperative Care Awareness of patients with esophageal cancer.The sleep quality of patients in the 2 groups was evaluated by the Athens Self-rating Insomnia Scale(AIS),and the quality of life of patients in the two groups was evaluated by the Nottingham Health Scale(NHP).The incidence of postoperative complications such as pulmonary infection,pleural effusion,anastomotic fistula and aspiration were counted in the 2 groups.Results:After nursing intervention,cognition score of observation group was significantly higher than the control group,insomnia Self-rating scale(AIS)score,quality of life score and complication rate of observation group were significantly lower than the control group,the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Health education for patients with esophageal cancer after surgery not only can effectively improve their awareness,improve their sleep quality,but also improve their self-care ability and quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
