68例慢性肝病患者住院期间的睡眠影响因素调查及多元化护理干预

Investigation on Influencing Factors of Sleep and Diversified Nursing Intervention in 68 Patients with Chronic Liver Disease During Hospitalization

目的:探讨慢性肝病患者住院期间的睡眠影响因素调查及多元化护理干预。方法:选取2021年11月至2022年11月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第910医院收治的慢性肝病患者68例作为研究对象,采用多元化护理。调查慢性肝病住院患者睡眠影响因素,对比护理前、后睡眠障碍、自我护理能力、心理状况。结果:护理后患者睡眠质量评分显著低于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,患者自我护理能力显著高于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,患者心理状态显著低于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对慢性肝病患者住院期间的睡眠影响因素进行调查后发现,心理因素、环境因素以及生理病理因素,导致患者住院期间出现睡眠障碍。通过对患者进行多元化护理干预能够显著提高患者睡眠质量,改善负面情绪,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective:To explore the investigation of sleep influencing factors and diversified nursing interventions for patients with chronic liver disease during hospitalization.Methods:A total of 68 patients with chronic liver disease admitted to the 910th Hospital of the Joint Support Force of the Chinese People′s Liberation Army from November 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and diversified nursing care was adopted.Investigate the influencing factors of sleep in hospitalized patients with chronic liver disease,compare sleep disorders before and after nursing,self-care ability,and psychological status.Results:The sleep quality score of patients after nursing was significantly higher than that before nursing,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the patient′s self-care ability was significantly higher than before nursing,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After nursing,the patient′s psychological state was significantly lower than before nursing,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:After investigating the sleep influencing factors of patients with chronic liver disease during hospitalization,it was found that psychological factors,environmental factors,and physiological and pathological factors led to sleep disorders during hospitalization.Diversified nursing interventions for patients can significantly improve their sleep quality and improve negative emotions,which is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
