优化溶栓护理流程对急性脑梗死患者神经功能缺损及睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Optimized Thrombolytic Nursing Process on Neurological Function Defect and Sleep Quality in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的:分析罹患急性脑梗死患者护理工作中采取优化溶栓护理流程的应用价值。方法:选取2020年2月至2022年12月福建省平和县医院神经内科收治的急性脑梗死患者70例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用优化溶栓护理流程,分析比较2组患者的护理满意度、睡眠质量、神经功能、生命质量以及护理质量。结果:护理后,观察组睡眠质量、护理满意度、生命质量、护理质量高于对照组,神经功能低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:优化溶栓护理流程因其优势明显在临床中广泛使用,通过规范系统的实施后可达到改善神经功能、提高睡眠质量、生命质量、护理质量的效果,且患者对护理工作表示满意,很大程度上提高了护理水平。

Objective:To analyze the application value of optimized thrombolytic nursing process in the nursing of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 70 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to the Department of Neurology at Pinghe County Hospital in Fujian Province from February 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 35 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received optimized thrombolysis nursing procedures.The nursing satisfaction,sleep quality,neurological function,quality of life,and nursing quality of the two groups of patients were analyzed and compared.Results:After nursing,the sleep quality,nursing satisfaction,quality of life,and nursing quality of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,while the neurological function was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The optimized thrombolytic nursing process is widely used in clinic because of its advantages,and it can improve nerve function,sleep quality,quality of life and nursing quality,and the patients were satisfied with the nursing work,which improved the nursing level to a great extent.
