Objective:To explore the clinical effect of early rehabilitation intervention in ICU patients with respiratory failure and its influence on sleep quality. Methods:A total of 76 ICU respiratory failure patients admitted to Gucheng County People′s Hospital from February 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method, with 38 patients in each group. The control group received traditional rehabilitation care, while the observation group received early rehabilitation care. The clinical efficacy and sleep quality of the two groups after treatment were discussed, analyzed, and compared. Results:The treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group. The incidence of complications was lower in the control group than in the control group.Sleep quality, quality of life, and satisfaction were better than those of the control group. The postoperative complications were lower than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of early rehabilitation combined intervention in the treatment of patients with respiratory failure in ICU can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect, reduce the occurrence of risk events in ICU monitoring, and ensure the quality of life and sleep of patients. It has significant application value and is worthy of clinical promotion, reference and application.
