摘要
目的:分析南平市建阳区不同心理健康中学生的睡眠质量状况。方法:选取2022年1月至2022年12月南平市建阳区9所学校内中学生300人作为研究对象,按照学生心理健康评估结果分为正常组、轻度组、中重度组3组,观察不同组别学生睡眠质量,调查心理健康影响因素。结果:300名中学生中,心理健康占比71.67%,轻度焦虑抑郁占比21.67%,中重度焦虑抑郁占比6.67%。正常组中学生睡眠质量总分小于轻度组与中重度组。且各项睡眠质量指标分值均以正常组较小,轻度组小于中重度组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。心理健康正常与轻度组和中重度组学生性别分布、独生子女无差异性,正常组初三毕业班、性格内向、家庭负担重、学习压力大构成比大于轻度组和中重度组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素回归分析显示,初三毕业班、性格内向、家庭负担大、学习压力大为中学生心理健康影响因素,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心理健康问题严重者睡眠质量相对较差,受学习压力与性格内向等因素影响,可通过调节心理健康改善睡眠状态。
Objective:To analyze the sleep quality of middle school students with different mental health in Jianyang District,Nanping City.Methods:A total of 300 middle school students from 9 schools in Jianyang District,Nanping City from January 2022 to December 2022 as the research subjects,they were divided into three groups based on the evaluation results of students′mental health:normal group,mild group,and moderate to severe group.The sleep quality of students in different groups was observed and the influencing factors of mental health were investigated.Results:Among 300 middle school students,mental health accounted for 71.67%,mild anxiety and depression accounted for 21.67%,and moderate to severe anxiety and depression accounted for 6.67%.The total score of sleep quality among middle school students in the normal group is smaller than that of the mild and moderate to severe groups.And the scores of various sleep quality indicators were smaller in the normal group,while the mild group was smaller than the moderate to severe group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in gender distribution and only child status between students with normal and mild mental health,as well as those with moderate to severe mental health.The proportion of students with introverted personality,heavy family burden,and high learning pressure in the normal group was higher than that in the mild and moderate to severe groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Multivariate regression analysis showed that graduating class in junior high school,introverted personality,high family burden,and high learning pressure were the influencing factors for middle school students′mental health,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The sleep quality of severe mental health problems is relatively poor,affected by study pressure and introversion and other factors,we can improve the sleep state by adjusting mental health.
