摘要
网络时代在给人们学习和工作带来便捷的同时,也带来了许多弊端。近年来,临床上出现一个新的健康隐患——上交叉综合征。上交叉综合征是一种形体异常现象,通常表现为圆肩、驼背、含胸、头前引的姿态,并由此引发一系列临床不适感。为了更好地改善上交叉综合征体态,该文运用文献资料法、实验法等,采用抗阻力和拉伸训练,对20名患有上交叉综合征并在“美克菲”健身房训练的大学生进行实验研究,以期为该人群提供参考依据。
The network era not only brings convenience to people's study and work,but also brings a lot of disadvantages.In recent years,there is a new clinical health hazard,the upper chiasma syndrome.The upper chiasmatic syndrome is a kind of physique abnormality,which is usually characterized by the postures of round shoulders,hunched backs,slouched chests and leading heads,leading to a series of clinical discomforts.In order to better improve the posture of the upper chiasma syndrome,this paper used resistance and stretching training to carry out an experimental study on 20 college students who suffered from the upper chiasma syndrome and trained in"Meikefei"Gym by the methods of literature and experiments,in order to provide reference for this population.
