摘要
犬精液经冷冻后可实现长期保存,解冻后用于母犬人工授精。犬精液冷冻保存后便于异地运输,作为犬辅助生殖技术可有效控制犬繁殖时间和经济成本。然而犬精液冷冻保存时因冷休克、过氧化、蛋白质变性等造成精子损伤,使其冷冻-解冻后质量显著低于新鲜精液。近十几年,研究人员尝试通过在冷冻稀释液中添加抗冻剂、抗氧化剂及其他活性物质以提高犬精液冷冻保存效果。文章综述了抗氧化剂、间充质干细胞及其提取物在犬精液冷冻保存中的应用研究进展,旨在为揭示精子冷冻损伤机制和提高犬精子冷冻保存效果提供参考。
Collage of Police Dog Technology,Criminal Investigation Police University of China;Semen freezing can achieve long-term preservation of dog semen,thawing at any time for female artificial insemination.Dog semen is frozen and stored for easy transportation in different places,which can effectively control the breeding time and economic cost of dogs as an assisted reproductive technology.However,the quality of dog semen after cryopreservation is significantly lower than that of fresh semen due to cold shock,peroxidation and protein degeneration.In recent decades,researchers have tried to improve the cryopreservation effects of dog semen by adding antifreeze agents,antioxidants and other active substances to the cryogenic diluent.In this review,the application of antioxidants,mesenchymal stem cells,and their derivatives in the cryopreservation of canine semen were reviewed,in order to provide a reference for revealing the mechanism of sperm cryo-injury and improving the effectiveness of cryopreservation of canine sperm.
