复方中药对训放归巢鸽生长性能、血清生化指标和抗氧化能力的影响

Effects of compound traditional Chinese medicine on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes and antioxidant capacity of homing pigeons

为研究复方中药对训放归巢鸽生长性能、血清生化指标和抗氧化能力的影响,试验将熟地、当归、淫羊藿、菟丝子、枸杞、黄芪、焦三仙(神曲、山楂、麦芽等量)和炒莱菔子按一定比例配合组成复方中药,并选取60只180日龄、体重为400 g左右、体质偏弱的训放归巢鸽随机分为两组(对照组和试验组),每组30只,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中添加复方中药[1 g/(只·d)],试验期为20 d,观察两组的临床表现,并对生长性能(体重、平均日增重、平均日采食量、料重比)、血清生化指标[总蛋白(TP)水平、尿素氮(BUN)浓度、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性]和抗氧化指标[总抗氧化能力(T-AOC),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和丙二醛(MDA)浓度]进行检测。结果表明:与对照组比较,试验组在试验期间的精神状态和食欲更好,毛片更有光泽,胸肌更有弹性,粪便更容易成型。试验第20天,与对照组比较,试验组的体重、平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),平均日采食量极显著提高(P<0.01);料重比略有降低,但差异不显著(P>0.05);血清TP水平极显著提高(P<0.01),BUN浓度和LDH活性显著降低(P<0.05);SOD、GSH-Px、CAT活性显著提高(P<0.05);T-AOC略有提高,MDA浓度略有降低,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明该复方中药可提高训放归巢鸽的生长性能、免疫能力、对蛋白质利用能力及抗氧化能力,有助于身体机能的恢复。

In order to study the effects of compound traditional Chinese medicine on the growth performance,serum biochemical indexes and antioxidant capacity of homing pigeons,in this experiment,prepared rehmannia root,angelica,epimedium,dodder seed,goji berry,astragalus,charred triplet(medicated leaven,hawthorn and malt with equal amounts),and stir-fried raphani seed were combined in a certain proportion to form a compound traditional Chinese medicine.Sixty 180 day-old homing pigeons with a weight of about 400 g and weak physique were randomly divided into two groups(control group and experimental group),with 30 pigeons in each group.The control group was fed a basal diet,and the experimental group added compound traditional Chinese medicine(1 g/pc/d)to the basal diet for 20 days.The clinical manifestations of the two groups were observed,and the growth performance(body weight,mean daily weight gain,average daily feed intake,material-to-weight ratio),serum biochemical indexes(TP level,BUN concentration,LDH activity)and antioxidant indexes(T-AOC,GSH-Px,SOD,CAT activity and MDA concentration)were detected.Compared with the control group,the experimental group had better mental state and appetite,shinier fillets,more elastic chest muscles and easier stool formation during the test.On the 20th day of the test,compared with the control group,the body weight and average daily weight gain of the experimental group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the average daily feed intake was significantly increased(P<0.01).The material-to-weight ratio decreased slightly,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05);serum TP level was significantly increased(P<0.01);BUN concentration and LDH activity were significantly reduced(P<0.05).The activities of SOD,GSH-Px and CAT were significantly increased(P<0.05);T-AOC was slightly increased,and the MDA concentration was slightly reduced,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).The results indicated that the compound traditional Chinese medicine could improve the growth performance,protein utilization and antioxidant capacity of the homing pigeons.
