摘要 在创新创业背景下,为了培养高技能高素质的休闲食品类创新型人才,在休闲食品加工技术的教学中采用模拟仿真技术教学,使传统教学模式向科技现代化、数字化教学转变。在教学过程中通过模拟仿真技术融入休闲食品行业新设备、新工艺、新技术,使学生对专业知识更好地掌握,可提升学生自主学习能力、创新意识和实践能力,为实现高技能高素质创新型人才培养提供参考。 In the context of innovation and entrepreneurship,in order to train innovative talents with high skills and high quality in snack food,simulation technology teaching is implemented in the teaching of snack food processing technology,so as to transform the traditional teaching mode into scientific and technological modernization and digital teaching.In the teaching process,through the integration of simulation technology into new equipment,new processes and new technologies in the snack food industry,students can better master professional knowledge,improve students'independent learning ability,innovation awareness and practical ability,and provide reference for the training of high skilled and high-quality innovative talents.
