摘要 近年来随着网络销售、电子支付、物联网等一系列新技术、新业态的迅速发展,传统的供销合作社经营模式受到很大冲击。为适应时代发展趋势,促进农村经济社会协调发展,供销合作社要抓住农村电商产业这一机遇,积极探索“互联网+”模式下的供销改革之路。基于SWOT-PEST分析模型和案例分析法等研究方法,以江苏省沭阳县供销合作社为例,分析我国第三方电商平台和地方电商产业园现状,针对县域电商经济痛点和电商平台相关的问题,为县域电商模式存在的问题提出对策与建议,拟为我国未来的供销合作社电商销售贡献创新思考。 The business model of conventional supply and marketing cooperatives has been significantly disrupted in recent years,owing to the rapid development of multiple new technologies and business models such as internet sales,electronic payments,and the internet of things.To adapt to the developing trend of the era and support the coordinated advancement of the rural economy and society,supply and marketing cooperatives should actively investigate the path of supply and marketing reform under the“Internet Plus”model.This article uses the supply and marketing cooperatives in Shuyang County as an example to assess the current state of the local E-commerce industrial park and third-party e-commerce platform by using the SWOT-PEST analysis model,case analysis,and other research methods.Moreover,this thesis intends to contribute innovative thinking to the e-commerce sales of supply and marketing cooperatives in China in the future.
