Analysis and Countermeasures on the Rice Collection and Storage of Farmers in Heishan County

对辽宁省辖区范围内的黑山县域地区农户稻谷收储现状进行深入调查分析,发现存在的问题,找出产生问题的具体原因,并提出相应对策与建议,以期为推进县域粮食(稻谷)产后服务体系建设工作提供借鉴。

This paper makes an in-depth investigation and analysis of the current situation of rice purchase and storage of farmers in Heishan County area within the jurisdiction of Liaoning Province,finds out the existing problems,finds out the specific causes of the problems,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,in order to provide reference for promoting the construction of postnatal service system of grain(rice)in county area.
