益生菌联合低GI低碳饮食疗法对肥胖症患者的减脂效果

摘要 目的研究益生菌联合低GI低碳饮食疗法对肥胖症患者的减脂效果。方法纳入2020年3月至2021年12月我院招募的100例肥胖症患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组患者接受常规肥胖症健康宣教,3个月后复查相关指标。观察组则在对照组基础上给予益生菌联合低GI低碳饮食疗法干预,干预3个月。对比分析干预前后两组患者的肥胖情况(BMI、肌肉率和体脂率)、高血压发生率、高血脂发生率和身体自信心评分(PSPP)以评价干预效果。结果干预后,对照组患者BMI、肌肉率、体脂率,PSPP评分,高血压发生率和高血脂发生率与干预前比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。干预后,观察组患者肌肉率和PSPP评分均高于对照组(t=5.890、3.012,P<0.001、=0.003);观察组患者BMI、体脂率、高血脂发生率和高血压发生率均低于对照组(t或χ^(2)=13.335、10.036、4.310、4.167,P<0.001、<0.001、=0.037、=0.041)。结论益生菌联合低GI低碳饮食疗法不仅有助于降低肥胖症患者的脂肪量,还有助于降低肥胖症患者的高血压、高血脂发生率,提高患者身体自信心,值得临床推广。 Objective To observe the weight-loss effect of probiotics combined with low-GI and low-carb diet therapy on obese patients.Methods A total of 100 obese patients recruited by our hospital from March 2020 to December 2021 were enrolled and divided into control group and observation group randomly,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional education for obese patients,while the observation group was additionally given probiotics combined with low-GI and low-carb diet therapy for 3 months.The obesity status(BMI,muscle percentage and body fat percentage),hypertension incidence,hyperlipidemia incidence and physical self-perception profile(PSPP)were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention to evaluate the intervention effect.Results After intervention,there were no significant differences in BMI,muscle percentage,body fat percentage,PSPP score,incidence of hypertension and hyperlipidemia in control group compared with those before intervention(all P>0.05).After intervention,the muscle percentage and PSPP score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group respectively(t=5.890,3.012;P<0.001,=0.003),while the BMI,body fat percentage,hyperlipidemia incidence and hypertension incidence in the observation group were lower than those in the control group respectively(t/χ^(2)=13.335,10.036,4.310,4.167;P<0.001,<0.001,=0.037,=0.041).Conclusion Probiotics combined with low-Gi and low-carb diet therapy helps to reduce not only the fat mass of obese,but also the incidence of hypertension,hyperlipidemia and improve body self-confidence of obese patients.
