摘要
目的探究微生态制剂对慢性支气管炎的临床疗效和对患者免疫功能的影响。方法选择2019年6月至2022年6月我院呼吸内科收治的86例慢性支气管炎患者为研究对象,按照随机分配的原则分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者接受常规治疗,包括平喘药物、抗炎药物和止咳药物;观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上使用微生态制剂进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效、临床症状持续时间以及相关免疫指标(IL-8、TNF-α、CD4^(+)细胞、CRP)水平。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者的住院时间、喘息、咳嗽、肺部喘鸣音持续时间显著短于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组患者的治疗有效率达95.35%,显著高于对照组的81.40%(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,治疗后两组患者IL-8、TNF-α、CRP水平均显著降低,且观察组上述指标水平均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论微生态制剂可有效治疗慢性支气管炎,提高临床疗效,改善患者的免疫功能。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and influence of probiotics on immune function in patients with chronic bronchitis(CB).Methods A total of 86 patients with CB admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2022 were enrolled and divided into control group and observation group randomly.Both groups received conventional treatment,including antiasthmatic drugs and anti-inflammatory drugs,while the observatioin group additionally received probiotics.The clinical efficacy,duration of clinical symptoms and related immune indexes(IL-8,TNF-α,CD4+,CRP)were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results Compared with the control group,the duration of pulmonary signs included the length of hospital stay,wheezing,coughing and lung wheezing sound in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,respectively(all P<0.05).The efficiency rate in the probiotics treatment group was 95.35%,significantly higher than the 81.40%in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the levels of IL-8,TNF-αand CRP in the two groups significantly decreased after treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group respectively(all P<0.05).Conclusion Probiotics can effectively treat patients with chronic bronchitis,and improve clinical efficacy and immune function.
