基于移动巡检的电缆线路运行状态诊断构建方法

摘要 本文围绕电缆线路移动巡检及交互诊断系统的构建方法开展研究,首先利用分布式边缘代理组件对电缆线路进行数据流改造,并根据前、后端数据特征及应用场景进行算法设计,形成了综合基于模糊证据理论的状态评价模型、灰色马尔可夫的误差反推预测模型的前端自诊断模型和综合相关性分析法模型、Weibull长期运行可靠性评估模型的后端多维度数据分析与决策模型,最终实现设备识别、状态感知、数据交互与智能诊断的无缝衔接和多层级电缆运行的可靠性评价及运维管控决策,强化了设备状态管控力,优化了设备运维策略。 This paper focuses on the construction method of cable line mobile inspection and interactive diagnosis systems.Firstly,the distributed edge agent component is used to transform the data flow of the cable line,and the algorithm is designed according to the front-end and back-end data characteristics and application scenarios.A comprehensive state evaluation model based on fuzzy evidence theory is formed The front-end self-diagnosis model and comprehensive correlation analysis model of Grey Markov error back stepping prediction model and the back-end multi-dimensional data analysis and decision-making model of Weibull long-term operation reliability evaluation model finally realize the seamless connection of equipment identification,state perception,data interaction and intelligent diagnosis,multi-level cable operation reliability evaluation and operation and maintenance management and control decision,strengthen the management and control power of equipment state and optimize the equipment operation and maintenance strategy.
