PLC冗余系统在油脂行业中的应用

摘要 油脂行业中榨油是传统的流线型及过程型加工工艺,主要是将大豆经过工艺加工后变成大豆油产品的过程,涉及脱皮、压榨、轧胚、清理、过滤等工艺步骤。传统控制方式采用两个系统,它们又分别采用独立PLC进行控制。在系统稳定性、安全性、改造灵活性等方面都较欠缺。因此,需要从系统的角度,在高可靠性、冗余性、灵活性等方面进行改进。本文结合油脂厂自动化改造项目,分析研究了油脂企业的生产工艺流程以及涉及的工艺需求,并根据安全需求情况,分别对油脂企业榨油工艺中的各个子系统进行了介绍。 Extracting oil in the oil industry is a traditional streamlined type of processing technology and process,main is to soybean after process into the process of soybean oil products,involving peeling,squeezing,flaking,such as cleaning,and filtering process steps.The traditional control method adopts two systems to control each with independent PLC.This method lacks system stability,security,and transformation flexibility.Therefore,it is necessary to improve high reliability,redundancy,flexibility,etc.from the perspective of the system.Combining oil mill automation renovation projects,this paper analyzed the oil production process and involves the process requirements.Separately based on the security demand of oil companies in the process of oil,each subsystem is introduced.
