壮医毒虚致病学说的研究述评

A Review of the Research on the Theory of Toxic Deficiency Causing Disease in Zhuang Medicine

对壮医毒虚致病学说的从源、内涵、致病特点及分类、临床应用4个方面进行梳理。毒虚致病具有急重性、损正性及反复性的致病特点。毒邪致病种类繁杂,有广义之毒、狭义之毒、阴毒和阳毒,正气亏虚见于气虚、血虚、阴虚、阳虚、气血两虚、阴阳两虚。以毒虚致病作为病因病机,调气解毒补虚为治则,指导用药,配合针灸、放血、刮痧、药线点灸等简便验廉的壮医外治法,内服外治,涉及消化、呼吸、内分泌及免疫等系统中的常见病、疑难病治疗,为临床疾病诊疗提供更多思路和方法。

This paper briefly sorts out the origin,meaning,pathogenic characteristics and classification,and clinical application of poison deficiency theory in Zhuang medicine.Poisoning and deficiency have the characteristics of acute and severe,positive and repetitive pathogenic,and there are many kinds of poisonous and evil diseases,including poison in the broad sense,poison in the narrow sense,yin poison and yang poison.Deficiency of righteous qi is seen in qi deficiency,blood deficiency,yin deficiency,yang deficiency,qi and blood deficiency,and yin and yang deficiency.Poison deficiency is the etiological mechanism,and adjusting qi,detoxifying and supplementing the deficiency is the treatment principle,to guide the use of drugs.And combination therapy includes acupuncture,bloodletting,guasha,medicine line moxibustion and other simple and inexpensive medical external treatment,internal administration and external treatment.It involves the treatment of common and intractable diseases in digestion,respiration,endocrine and immune system,etc.,and provides more ideas and methods for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
