医疗-家庭过渡期八段锦运动对冠心病伴慢性心力衰竭患者康复的影响

Effect of Baduanjin Exercise on Rehabilitation of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Chronic Heart Failure in Medical-Family Transition Period

目的:探讨医疗-家庭过渡期八段锦运动对冠心病伴慢性心力衰竭患者康复的影响。方法:选取2020年12月至2021年12月符合纳入标准的92例冠心病伴慢性心力衰竭患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组。对照组进行常规护理和出院宣教。观察组在对照组基础上,进行医疗-家庭过渡期八段锦运动训练,干预时间为12周。评估患者的运动依从性、功能性体适能与生活质量。结果:观察组患者的运动依从性为86.4%~100%,依从性良好,无严重心血管事件发生。与入组时相比,观察组患者12周后的功能性体适能与生活质量明显改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);12周后,观察组患者的功能性体适能与生活质量明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医疗-家庭过渡期八段锦运动能有效改善冠心病伴慢性心力衰竭患者的功能性体适能,提高患者生活质量,运动依从性高,不良反应少,有利于患者医疗-家庭过渡期的康复。

Objective:To explore the effect of Baduanjin exercise on the rehabilitation of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)and chronic heart failure(CHF)in the medical-family transition period.Methods:92 patients with CHD and CHF who met the inclusion criteria from December 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group received routine nursing and discharge education.On the basis of the control group,the observation group received Baduanjin exercise training during the medical-family transition period,and the intervention time was 12 weeks.Evaluate the patients'compliance with exercise,functional fitness and quality of life.Results:The exercise compliance of patients in the observation group was 86.4%~100%,with good compliance and no serious cardiovascular events.Compared with the time of admission,the functional fitness and quality of life of the patients in the observation group were significantly improved after 12 weeks,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 12 weeks,the functional fitness and quality of life of patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Baduanjin exercise on patients with CHD and CHF in the medical-family transition period can effectively improve the functional fitness and quality of life,with high compliance and less adverse reactions,which is beneficial to the rehabilitation of patients in the medical-family transition period.
