推拿治疗筋痹的理论探析

Theoretical Analysis on the Treatment of Tendon Paralysis with Tui Na

筋痹以结筋病灶点为主要病理改变,临床上以筋急疼痛、屈伸不利为主要症状,多因机体卫阳不足,风寒湿邪客于筋脉,或筋劳骨伤,筋脉闭阻,或肝肾不足,筋脉失养所致。通过查阅相关文献,得出推拿治疗筋痹的理论包括5个方面:局部结筋病灶点的直接刺激,以舒筋解结;循经络刺激,以疏通经络气血;针对病因治疗,以温经散寒和活血化瘀;筋骨同治,以达骨正筋柔;整体治疗,以祛邪扶正,补益肝肾。

The main pathological changes of tendon paralysis are the focal points of the tendons,and the main clinical symptoms are acute tendon pain and unfavorable flexion and extension.It is often caused by deficiency of the body's Wei Yang,wind,cold and dampness in the tendons and veins,or tendon strain and bone injury,tendons and veins closed,or liver and kidney deficiency,tendons and veins lost nourishment.By consulting relevant literature,it is concluded that the theory of Tui Na for tendon paralysis includes five aspects:Direct stimulation of local tendon lesion points to relieve tendon obstruction.Stimulation along the meridian to unblock the Qi and blood of the meridians.Targeting the treatment of etiology,warming meridians to dissipate cold and promoting blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis.Treating both tendon and bones to achieve bone alignment and tendon suppleness.Holistic treatment to eliminate evil and support righteousness,and to nourish the liver and kidney.
