中药防治溃疡性结肠炎相关机制的研究进展

Research Progress on the Mechanism of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Prevention and Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis

总结中药防治溃疡性结肠炎相关机制的研究进展,以期为临床应用中医药治疗溃疡性结肠炎提供思路。中药主要通过抑制炎症因子释放、抗氧化应激、修复肠黏膜屏障、调节肠道菌群、调节肠道免疫功能紊乱、抑制细胞焦亡及调节TLR4/NF-κB、PI3K/Akt和Notch信号通路等机制防治溃疡性结肠炎。

This paper summarized the research progress on the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of ulcerative colitis,in order to provide ideas for the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Traditional Chinese medicine mainly prevents and treats ulcerative colitis by inhibiting the release of inflammatory factors,anti-oxidative stress,repairing intestinal mucosal barrier,regulating intestinal flora,regulating intestinal immune dysfunction,inhibiting pyroptosis,and regulating TLR4/NF-κB,PI3K/Akt and Notch signaling pathways.
