This article summarized the application and research of Poge Jiuxin Decoction in cardiovascular diseases through literature review and organization.It is found that Poge Jiuxin Decoction has the effect of strengthening and consolidating the body,return Yang and stem counterflow,and was safe under correct decoction and reasonable compatibility.In addition,it is found that Poge Jiuxin Decoction can alleviate acute and chronic heart failure,pulmonary heart disease,cardiogenic shock,cardiac arrest and septic cardiomyopathy by improving cardiac function,myocardial metabolism and microcirculation disorders,which can improve the clinical efficacy and cure rate,and also provide new ideas and basis for the treatment of acute and severe cardiovascular diseases.
