中晚期肺癌病人社会支持与志气缺失的关系:心理资本的中介作用

Relationship between social support and lack of ambition in patients with advanced lung cancer:the mediating role of psychological capital

目的:探讨心理资本对中晚期肺癌病人志气缺失和社会支持的中介作用。方法:采用便利抽样法,对221例中晚期肺癌病人进行一般资料表、失志量表、心理资本量表及社会支持量表的问卷调查。结果:中晚期肺癌病人失志水平与社会支持和心理资本水平均呈明显负相关关系(P<0.01),中晚期肺癌病人的心理资本与社会支持呈明显正相关关系(P<0.01)。心理资本在中晚期肺癌病人志气缺失与社会支持中起部分中介效应,占总效应的40.06%。结论:医护人员在日常工作中,应注重提高中晚期肺癌病人的心理资本水平,以降低中晚期肺癌病人失志综合征的发生,提升病人的心理健康水平。

Objective:To explore the mediating role of psychological capital in the lack of ambition and social support for patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods:Convenience sampling was used to conduct questionnaire survey on 221 patients with advanced lung cancer in general data table,dementia scale,psychological capital scale and social support scale.Results:The level of unconsciousness in patients with advanced lung cancer surveyed was negatively correlated with social support and psychological capital level(P<0.01).The psychological capital of advanced lung cancer patients was positively correlated with social support(P<0.01).Psychological capital played a partial mediating role in the lack of ambition and social support in patients with advanced lung cancer,accounting for 40.06%of the total effect.Conclusions:In the daily work,medical staff should focus on improving the psychological capital level of patients with advanced lung cancer to reduce the incidence of asymptomatic syndrome in patients with advanced lung cancer,reduce the incidence of suicide,and improve the mental health of patients with advanced lung cancer.
