台湾地区政治生态下民进党意识形态话语权的建构与争夺

The Construction and Competition of the DPP’s Ideological Discourse Powerin Taiwan Region’s Political Ecology

意识形态的本质是一种夺取和巩固政权的工具。在指涉政权的合法性与执政的正当性方面,民进党逐步形成了“民主话语”“本土话语”“台独话语”“反中话语”为核心的一套系统的意识形态论述。通过制度与“法律”、大众传媒、教育等核心意识形态“国家机器”的争夺,民进党创造了意识形态话语的有利生产条件;通过概念生产与二元对立的话语修辞,民进党掌握了意识形态话语的认知与意义阐释规则;通过悲情叙事与恐惧诉求的话语传播策略,民进党掌握了意识形态话语传播的心理认同机制,由此逐步夺取和确立意识形态话语权优势。对台湾地区政治生态和两岸关系也造成了巨大影响。

The essence of ideology is a tool to scramble for and consolidate power.In terms of the legitimacy of the regime and governance,the Democratic Progressive Party(DPP)has gradually formed a set of systematic ideological discourses with“democratic discourse”,“local discourse”,“Taiwan independence discourse”and“anti-China discourse”as the core.Through scrambling for the core ideological state apparatus,such as system and law,mass media,and education,the DPP has paved the way for the production of ideological discourse;through the rhetoric of concept production and dualistic opposition,the DPP has mastered the cognition and the elucidatory rules of ideological discourse;through the discourse communication strategy of sorrowful narration and fear appeal,the DPP has mastered the psychological identity mechanism of ideological discourse communication,thus gradually scrambling for and establishing the advantage of ideological discourse power.It has also had a huge impact on China Taiwan Region’s political ecology and cross-straits relations.
