“互联网+”背景下水产动物营养与饲料学混合式教学效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了探讨线上线下相结合的混合式教学方法在水产动物营养与饲料学课程教学中的应用效果,河南科技大学选取水族科学与技术专业的学生为研究对象,在2020级、2021级学生的水产动物营养与饲料课程教学改革中引入了线上线下的混合式教学模式,并与2018级、2019级学生该课程的传统式教学模式进行比较,对学生的学习成绩和认知情况进行统计分析。两种教学方法的比较结果显示,在采用混合式教学的期中成绩和期末成绩均显著高于传统教学方法(P<0.05)。学生的自主学习能力、沟通交流能力,表达能力、团队合作能力、综合分析问题的能力及课程启发性均有显著的提高(P<0.05)。水产动物营养与饲料学采用混合式教学模式有利于提高教学质量,有益于水产类专业的教学改革。 In order to explore the application effect of blended teaching in Aquatic Animal Nutrition and Feed Science teaching.Students of the aquarium science and technology major of Henan University of Science and Technology were selected as the research objects.In the teaching reform of aquatic animal nutrition and feed courses for students in grades 2020 and 2021,a blended online and offline teaching mode was introduced,and compared with the traditional teaching mode of the course for students in grades 2018 and 2019,to conduct statistical analysis of students'academic performance and cognitive situation.The results showed that students of the experimental group were significantly superior to those in the control group in terms of the middle term exam scores,the final test scores,the students'ability to learn independently,their ability of communication,expression,teamwork,comprehension and analysis ability and curriculum inspiration(P<0.05).The blended teaching of aquatic animal nutrition and feed science sampling improves the quality of teaching and is beneficial to the teaching reform of aquatic specialty.
