摘要
为实现在智慧电站高度一体化融合的同时,提高电站报警响应时效性和准确性,本文开展基于程序模块化建模的智慧电站一体化平台构建研究。构建基于程序模块化的智慧电站一体化平台框架,对电子式互感器进行选型,将智慧电站中的配电装置本体二次回路与各个组件二次回路进行整合,实现硬件设计;构建基于程序模块化建模的三维一体化信息模型,引入电子信息技术,实现电站门禁管理与人员轨迹跟踪,通过AI图像识别技术,对电站危险源进行识别与动态预警,完成智慧电站一体化平台的构建。通过将新的平台应用到某电站火电厂中,验证了该平台能够实现对电站异常故障问题的快速响应,并保证误报警次数始终为0,在促进智慧电站安全性不断提升的同时,实现高度一体化融合。
In order to realize the high integration of smart power station and improve the timeliness and accuracy of power station alarm response,the construction of smart power station integration platform based on program modular modeling is carried out.Firstly,we build an integrated platform framework of smart power station based on program modularization,select electronic transformers,integrate the secondary circuit of the power distribution device in the smart power station with the secondary circuit of each component,and realize hardware design.Then,we build a three-dimensional integrated information model based on program modular modeling,introduce electronic information technology,realize access control management and personnel track tracking of the power station,identify and dynamically warn the hazard sources of the power station through AI image recognition technology,and complete the construction of the intelligent power station integration platform.By applying the new platform to a thermal power plant of a power station,it is verified that the platform can realize rapid response to abnormal fault problems of the power station,and ensure that the number of false alarms is always 0.While promoting the continuous improvement of the safety of the smart power station,it can achieve a high degree of integration and integration.
