可持续发展的毛巾织物加工

摘要 为减少前处理过程中化学品、水和能源的消耗,结合前处理加工,采用印度M/S Nijananda公司开发的石墨烯纳米产品Eco-Prep,设计试验,分析了Eco-Prep、碱、过氧化物、稳定剂的质量浓度、时间和温度等参数对退浆效率、吸水性、沉降时间和白度的影响。 An attempt has been made to reduce consumption of chemicals,water and energy during pre-treatment by combining the pre-treatment processes.An innovative graphene-based nano product Eco-Prep courteously supplied by M/S Nijananda Innovative Solutions,Ichalkaranji/India,was used for the experimental work.Experiments were planned by using design of experiments.Effect of the various parameters like Eco-Prep,caustic,peroxide,stabilizer,time and temperature on de-sizing efficiency,absorbency,sinking time,and whiteness were assessed.
