玉米秸秆皮纤维素/NMMO·H_(2)O溶液流变性能研究

摘要 为探究Lyocell纤维纺丝原液流变性能,使用激光共聚焦显微镜跟踪玉米秸秆皮纤维素浆粕在NMMO·H_(2)O中溶解变化过程,使用黏度计对溶液的流变性能进行分析。研究结果得出,玉米秸秆皮纤维素浆粕在NMMO·H_(2)O中溶解时间相比其他浆粕更短,纤维素浆粕聚合度越大,溶液的非牛顿指数越小,溶液表观黏度η、稠度系数K、黏流活化能Eη和结构黏度指数Δη越大,即溶液可纺性下降。最终选取聚合度为870的玉米秸秆皮纤维素浆粕,在相同纤维素浓度下,随着溶解温度升高,溶液的表观黏度越小,溶解温度越高,非牛顿指数越大,溶液可纺性上升,确定溶解温度为100℃。制得的纺丝原液η为0.81、K为1.59,Δη为5.36,为理想的纺丝原液。碱溶液处理后的玉米秸秆皮纤维素/NMMO·H_(2)O溶液,玉米秸秆皮纤维素原料的聚合度、杂质含量和溶解温度等因素综合影响纺丝溶液的流变性能。在此基础上,探讨纤维素性质对纤维性能的影响,结果表明Lyocell纤维的力学性能随纤维素聚合度及纺丝液浓度的提高而降低,可纺浓度随聚合度的提高而下降。 In order to investigate the rheological properties of Lyocell fiber spinning stock,the dissolution process of corn stalk husk cellulose pulp in NMMO·H_(2)O was tracked by laser confocal microscope,and the rheological properties of the solution were analyzed by viscosimeter.The results showed that the greater the degree of polymerization of cellulose pulp,the non-Newtonian index was inversely proportional to it,while the apparent viscosity △η.viscosity coefficient K,viscosity activation energy Eη and structural viscosity index On were proportional to it,that was,the spin ability of the solution decreased.Corn straw husk cellulose pulp with polymerization degree of 870 was selected.Under the same cellulose concentration,the apparent viscosity of the solution was inversely proportional to the solution temperature,and the non-Newtonian index was directly proportional to the solution temperature.The spin ability of the solution increased.The dissolution temperature as 100 C was determined.△ηwas 0.81,K was 1.59,and Oη was 5.36.The rheological properties of corn straw husk cllulose/NMMO·H_(2)O solution treated by alkali solution were influenced by polymer-ization degree,temperature and impurity content of corn straw husk cellulose.The influence of cellulose properties on fiber properties was discussed.The results showed that the mechanical properties of Lyocell fibers decreased with the increase of the degree of cellulose polymerization and the concentration of spinning solution,and the spinnable concentration decreased with the increase of the degree of polymerization.
