摘要 餐饮行业是关系着我国经济发展和民生消费的重要产业,提质增效是当前餐饮行业高质量发展的关键。近年来,数字技术愈发凸现出其广泛赋能的通用性价值,数字化转型发挥了扩大供给范围、促进创新应用、提高经营效率、提升行业标准化水平等重要作用,有力地促进着餐饮业发展。但是长期以来,餐饮市场主体尤其是中小商户仍存在着科学经营意识缺乏、学习渠道狭窄、资金技术短缺等问题,想要完全依靠自身实现数字化转型较为困难。因此,本文认为在数字化转型中可更多发挥平台带动效应,依托其数据、技术和规模优势,借助平台在打通供需环节、降低学习成本、产生示范效应、提供普惠产品等方面的作用,可以成为广大中小商户克服困难实现渐进式转型的可选道路。基于此,应当引导商户正确认识并选择数字化模式,加大数字化人才培养和引进力度,从而促进餐饮行业整体的数字转型深化和高质量发展。 The catering industry is an important industry related to China’s economic development and people’s livelihood consumption,and improving quality and efficiency is the key to the high-quality development of the current catering industry.In recent years,digital technology has increasingly highlighted its widely empowered universal value,and digital transformation has played an important role in expanding the scope of supply,promoting innovative applications,improving operational efficiency,and improving the level of industry standardization,effectively promoting the development of the catering industry.However,for a long time,catering market entities,especially small and medium-sized merchants,still have problems such as lack of scientific management awareness,narrow learning channels,and shortage of capital and technology,and it is actually more difficult to achieve digital transformation on their own.Therefore,this paper believes that in digital transformation,it can give more play to the platform-driven effect,relying on its data,technology and scale advantages,and relying on its role in opening up supply and demand links,reducing learning costs,generating demonstration effects,and providing inclusive products,etc.,it can become an optional path for small and medium-sized merchants to overcome difficulties and achieve gradual transformation.Based on this,merchants should be guided to correctly understand and choose digital models,and increase the training and introduction of digital talents,so as to promote the deepening and high-quality development of the overall digital transformation of the catering industry.
