煤炭快速定量装车站精准装料控制系统设计

摘要 为解决目前定量装车站存在的自动化和智能化程度不高、人工操作强度大、装车效果不精准等问题,设计了一种快速定量装车站的精准装车系统,该系统包括车厢编号获取的控制技术、定量仓阀门控制技术以及溜煤槽控制技术。通过可编程控制器PLC对不同设备进行信息采集与处理,实现设备的控制,完成快速定量装车站精准装车。并设计出一套车厢残余煤炭量检测方法,主要是通过二位激光雷达扫描待装车厢的内表面并生成点云数据,对点云数据处理得出车厢内煤炭的三维图像,图像进行滤波处理后得出车厢内残余煤炭质量,实现非接触称重。最后,在国家电投内蒙古白音华蒙东露天煤矿对快速定量装车站的关键技术进行验证。该研究内容可为露天矿火车快速定量装车系统研发提供依据。 Aiming at the low degree of automation and intelligence,high manual operation intensity,imprecise loading effect in the ration loading station,a precise loading system for rapid ration loading station is designed,which utilizes the control technologies of car number acquisition,ration warehouse valve and coal chute.The information collection and processing of different equipment and the control of different equipment is realized using PLC,to load accurately.A set of detection method is designed for residual coal carbon in the car,which uses two-bit lidar to scan the inner surface of the car to be loaded and generates point cloud data.The point cloud data is processed to get the 3D image of the coal in the car.And the residual coal quality is obtained after image filtering,achieving non-contact weighing.Finally,the key technology of rapid ration loading station was verified in Baiyinhua Mengdong Open-pit Coal Mine in Inner Mongolia.
