Value of clinical laboratory diagnostic pathway in the prevention of cardiovascular diseases

目的:建立预防心血管疾病临床检验策略,并通过临床检验诊断路径提升心血管病防治与管理水平。方法:根据心血管疾病预防的临床诊疗指南,制订与疾病预防相关的实验室检查检测策略。建立心血管疾病预防检验诊断路径,明确在心血管疾病预防中的需要检测与监测的检验指标,运用这些检验指标监测心血管疾病危险因素的进展。结果:建立了获得临床医生认可的心血管疾病预防临床检验诊断路径,其涵盖心血管病的风险评估和高危人群的高危因素检测与监测等,并将这些高危因素的实验室检测指标纳入心血管疾病预防临床检验诊断路径中。结论:应用临床检验诊断路径为心血管病的预防提供临床实验室检测策略。通过检验指标的变化,有利于对高危人群采取及时、有效干预,降低心血管病事件发生,并有效预防并发症。

Objective:To establish a clinical testing strategy for the prevention of cardiovascular diseases,and to improve the prevention and management of cardiovascular diseases through clinical laboratory diagnostic pathway.Methods:According to the clinical diagnosis and treatment guidelines for cardiovascular disease prevention,we formulated laboratory examination and detection strategies related to disease prevention.We established a diagnostic pathway for cardiovascular disease prevention tests,clarified the test indicators that need to be detected and monitored in the prevention of cardiovascular diseases,and used these test indicators to monitor the progress of cardiovascular disease risk factors.Results:It was established that the clinical laboratory diagnostic pathway for cardiovascular disease prevention recognized by clinicians,which covers cardiovascular disease risk assessment and high-risk factor monitoring for high-risk populations,etc.,and these laboratory test indicators for monitoring high-risk factors are included in the cardiovascular system disease prevention clinical laboratory diagnosis pathways.Conclusion:The application of clinical laboratory diagnostic pathway provides clinical laboratory testing strategies for the prevention of cardiovascular diseases.The changes in inspection indicators will help to take timely and effective interventions for high-risk population,reduce the occurrence of cardiovascular events,and effectively prevent complications.
