火龙罐综合灸在老年抗生素相关性腹泻患者中的应用

Application effect of comprehensive moxibustion therapy with Huolong Cupping in elderly patients with antibiotic-associated diarrhea

目的探讨火龙罐综合灸在老年抗生素相关性腹泻患者中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2021年6月—2022年2月浙江中医药大学附属第二医院的60例老年抗生素相关性腹泻患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组给予双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗和常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施火龙罐综合灸治疗。干预后7 d,比较两组患者的中医症状总积分及胃肠道生活质量指数(GIQLI)得分。结果干预后7 d,观察组的GIQLI得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中医症状总积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论火龙罐综合灸治疗可以改善老年抗生素相关性腹泻患者的临床症状和胃肠道功能,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive moxibustion therapy with Huolong Cupping in elderly patients with antibiotic-associated diarrhea.Methods From June 2021 to February 2022,60 elderly patients with antibiotic-associated diarrhea in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University were selected as research objects,and divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases each by random number table method.The control group received Bifidobacterium treatment and routine nursing,and the observation group conducted comprehensive moxibustion therapy with Huolong Cupping on the basis of the control group.Seven days after intervention,total score of Traditional Chinese Medicine symptom,score of Gastrointestinal Quality of Life Index(GIQLI)were compared between the two groups.Results Seven days after intervention,GIQLI score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);total score of Traditional Chinese Medicine symptom of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusions Comprehensive moxibustion therapy with Huolong Cupping can improve clinical symptoms and gastrointestinal function in elderly patients with antibiotic-associated diarrhea,and improve their quality of life.
