皮肤接触作为低成本易操作的新生儿保健护理措施,具有稳定新生儿生命体征、改善产妇分娩体验、促进亲子关系、提高母乳喂养率等临床意义,但其在剖宫产术后并未被广泛应用。因此,本文通过概述皮肤接触的定义及其在剖宫产术后应用的临床意义,回顾国内外剖宫产术后实施皮肤接触的现状,分析在剖宫产术后实施皮肤接触的障碍和对策,旨在为促进国内开展相关实践提供参考。

As a low-cost and easy-to-operate measure of neonatal health care,skin-to-skin contact has the clinical significance of stabilizing newborn vital signs,improving maternal delivery experience,promoting parent-child relationship and increasing breastfeeding rate,but it has not been widely used after cesarean section.Therefore,this article overviews the definition of skin-to-skin contact and its clinical significance in the application after cesarean section,reviews the current situation of skin-to-skin contact after cesarean section at home and abroad and analyzes the obstacles and countermeasures of skin to skin contact after cesarean section,aiming to provide reference for promoting relevant practices in China.
