公路路基路面原位动力加载试验技术与装备 被引量:1

In-Situ Dynamic Loading Test Technology and Equipment for Subgrade and Pavement of Highway

摘要 现场原位动力加载试验是公路路基路面新材料与新结构路用性能评价和长期服役性能分析的最有效技术途径之一,而现有的原位动力加载技术和装备无法同时适用于路基和路面工程,并且存在试验周期长和费用昂贵的问题。为此,分析了公路路基路面原位动力加载试验设备的需求,明确了路基路面原位动力加载试验系统的功能要求,研制了一套既适用于路基又适用于路面的原位动力加载试验系统。该系统主要由电气控制系统、传动系统、激振器、振动架和循环冷却系统构成,可对路基路面进行扫频激振试验和循环加载试验。在此基础上,形成了公路路基路面原位扫频激振试验和循环加载试验的总体方案,阐述了扫频激振试验和循环加载试验的关键参数和确定方法。 In-situ dynamic loading test is one of the most effective technical approaches for evaluating road performance and long-term service performance of new materials and structures of highway subgrade and pavement.The existing in-situ dynamic loading technology and equipment cannot be applied to both subgrade and pavement,and there are problems of long test cycle and high cost.Therefore,the requirements of in-situ dynamic loading test equipment for highway subgrade and pavement are analyzed,and the functional requirements of in-situ dynamic loading test system for subgrade and pavement are clarified.A set of in-situ dynamic loading test system,which is applicable to both subgrade and pavement,is developed according to the functional requirements.The in-situ dynamic loading test system is mainly composed of electrical control system,transmission system,exciter,vibration frame and circulating cooling system,which can conduct frequency-sweeping test and cyclic loading test on subgrade and pavement.Moreover,the overall scheme of in-situ frequency-sweeping test and cyclic loading test for highway subgrade and pavement is formed,and the key parameters and their determination methods of frequency-sweeping test and cyclic loading test are expounded.
