摘要
为证明全寿命周期分析法(LCA)在国道养护工程中的可适用性,以G351国道浙江省内公路路面养护工程为例,拟定不同的大修方案,采用LCA对其进行路用性能测算、经济效益分析、绿色环保及交通保畅分析,依据不同设计方案呈现出的衰变速率、费用、绿色环保性及交通开放速率选定最优方案。研究结果表明,铣刨32cm后,回铺5cm SBS改性AC-16+7 cm SBS改性AC-20+20cm ATB-25的方案更加适用于此国道全寿命周期养护工程的建设,并能达到养护工作量小、经济效益高、可快速开放交通的综合效果,从而为全国国道实行全寿命周期养护奠定基础。
In order to prove the applicability of the full life cycle analysis method(LCA)in national highway maintenance projects,different major repair schemes are prepared by taking the highway pavement maintenance project of G351 National Highway in Zhejiang Province as an example.The LCA is used to carry out road performance calculation,economic benefit analysis,green environmental protection and traffic safety analysis.Based on the decay rate,cost,environment-friendliness and traffic opening rate that presented in different schemes,the optimal scheme is selected.The research results show that the scheme of 5 cm SBS modified AC-16+7 cm SBS modified AC-20+20 cm ATB-25 is more suitable for the construction of the national highway life cycle maintenance project after milling 32 cm,which can achieve the comprehensive effect of small maintenance workload,high economic benefit and rapid traffic recovery,thus laying the foundation for the full life cycle maintenance of national highways.
