Blood group distribution of RhD negative blood donors in Guangxi

目的:了解广西地区RhD阴性献血者中ABO血型和RhC、c、E、e抗原分布情况,以便建立RhD阴性献血者档案和指导RhD阴性献血者血液的保存利用。方法:对RhD初筛阴性的标本,用IgG抗-D试剂做试管法间接抗球蛋白试验进行确认,C、c、E、e 4种Rh系统抗原检测采用盐水试管法,并采用正反定型对ABO血型进行鉴定。结果:分析广西地区10家血站共5480例RhD阴性献血者资料,5480例RhD阴性献血者中ABO血型分布情况为O型2393例,占43.67%;A型1412例,占25.77%;B型1345例,占24.54%;AB型330例,占6.02%。10家血站共有5家血站对RhD阴性献血者进行了C、c、E、e 4种Rh系统抗原检测,占比50.00%。5480例RhD阴性献血者中3776例进行了C、c、E、e 4种Rh系统抗原检测,占比68.91%。3776例RhD阴性献血者C、c、E、e抗原分型分布情况为ccdee 1794例,占47.51%;ccdEe 103例,占2.73%;ccdEE 7例,占0.19%;CcdEe 69例,占1.83%;Ccdee 1458例,占38.61%;CCdee 338例,占8.95%;CCdEe 5例,占0.13%;CcdEE 1例,占0.03%;CCdEE 1例,占0.03%。结论:对献血者RhD阴性血型进行确认时,应同时进行C、c、E、e 4种Rh系统抗原检测,并建立稀有血型档案库,对有效利用RhD阴性血液、提高输血的安全性具有重要意义。

Objective To investigate the distribution of ABO blood group and Rh C,c,E and e antigen in RhD negative blood donors in Guangxi,so as to guide the preservation of RhD negative blood and the establishment of RhD negative blood group donor files.Methods The samples with negative RhD screening were confirmed by indirect antiglobulin test with IgG anti-D reagent in vitro.Four Rh system antigens C,c,E and e were detected by saline test tube,and ABO blood group was identified by positive and negative stereotyping.Results The data of 5480 RhD negative blood donors from 10 blood stations in Guangxi were analyzed statistically.Among 5480 RhD negative blood donors,the distribution of ABO blood group was O type in 2393 cases,accounting for 43.67%.Type A 1412 cases(25.77%),B type 1345 cases(24.54%),330 cases(6.02%)were AB type.A total of 5 out of 10 blood stations performed C,c,E and e antigen detection on RhD negative blood donors,accounting for 50.00%.Among 5480 RhD negative blood donors,3776(68.91%)were tested for C,c,E and e antigens of Rh system.C,c,E,e antigen typing distribution of 3776 RhD negative unpaid blood donors was ccDEE 1794,accounting for 47.51%,CcdEe 103 cases(2.73%),CcdEE 7 cases(0.19%),CcdEe 69 cases(1.83%);Ccdee 1458 cases(38.61%),CCdee 338 cases(8.95%),CCdEe 5 cases(0.13%),CcdEE 1 case(0.03%),CCdEE 1 case(0.03%).Conclusion When confirming RhD negative blood group of blood donors,four Rh system antigens C,c,E and e should be tested simultaneously,and the establishment of rare blood group archive is of great significance for effective utilization of RhD negative blood and improvement of blood transfusion safety.
