血管内治疗在前交通动脉瘤患者中的应用效果观察

The therapeutic effect analysis of endovascular treatment for anterior communicating artery aneurysm

目的:观察血管内治疗在前交通动脉瘤患者中的应用效果。方法:分析2020年7月—2022年7月华南理工大学附属第六医院收治的经血管内治疗的前交通动脉瘤患者临床资料及随访情况。结果:未破动脉瘤2例,破裂动脉瘤伴蛛网膜下腔出血18例;采用支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞治疗的有5例,采用单纯弹簧圈栓塞的有15例(其中采用双微导管技术2例,采用导管辅助栓塞1例)。术后Raymond分级Ⅰ级18例,Ⅱ级2例,Ⅲ级0例,死亡2例。结论:前交通动脉瘤患者应用血管内治疗安全有效,复发少。

Objective To investigate the effect of endovascular treatment of anterior communicating artery aneurysm.Methods Retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data and follow-up of patients with anterior communicating aneurysms treated by endovascular therapy in the The Sixth Affiliated Hospital of South China University of Technology from July 2020 to July 2022.Results There were 2 cases of unruptured aneurysms,18 cases of ruptured aneurysms with subarachnoid hemorrhage;5 cases of stent assisted coil embolization,and 15 cases of simple coil embolization(including 2 cases of double microcatheter technique and 1 case of stent catheter assisted coil embolization).The postoperative Raymond grade wasⅠin 18 cases,Ⅱin 2 cases,Ⅲin 0 cases,and death in 2 cases.Conclusion Endovascular treatment of anterior communicating artery aneurysms is safe and effective with less recurrence.
