24例左卡尼汀不良反应文献分析

Literature analysis of 24 cases of adverse drug reactions induced by Levocarnitine

目的:探讨左卡尼汀致不良反应(ADR)的规律和特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:计算机检索自建库至2022年12月中国期刊网全文数据库、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库、万方数据资源,关于左卡尼汀的不良反应相关文献报道,对纳入病例中的患者信息、药物用法用量,不良反应出现时间、临床表现及转归等方面进行统计分析。结果:共纳入18篇文献,24例人次ADR。累及系统器官主要为中枢神经系统、血液系统、内分泌反应等,其中以中枢神经系统最为常见。结论:左卡尼汀可能导致ADR,临床应加强对该药的合理使用与临床监测,以减少ADR的发生率。

Objective To analyze the characteristics and the general pattern of the adverse drug reactions(ADR)induced by Levocarnitine,in order to provide references for rational and safe clinical drug use.Methods ADR cases induced by Levocarnitine reported in CNKI,VIP,WanFang Data during library to Dec 2022.Using retrospective analysis method,the patients included in the case information,ADR time involving system clinical performance and outcome of statistical analysis.Results Among 18 papers,24 series of ADR were included.Among 24 cases of ADR manifestation represented as lesion of nervous system,hematologic system,and endocrine system,the nervous system was the most commonly reported ADRs.Conclusion Levocarnitine can cause serious ADR,clinicians should use cefathiamidine for injection rationally and strict monitor its use to reduce the incidence of ADR.
