生产管理水平 、价值感知与农户专业化菌棒出菇技术采纳行为

摘要 促进农户采纳专业化菌棒出菇技术是改善香菇品质和推动食用菌产业发展的重要举措。本文基于农户行为的微观层面,利用Logit模型和中介效应模型,探讨了生产管理水平与价值感知对农户专业化菌棒出菇技术采纳行为的影响及其内在逻辑,并利用黑龙江等10省份640户农户的微观调查数据进行实证检验。结果表明:第一,生产管理水平对农户专业化菌棒出菇技术采纳行为具有显著正向影响,生产管理水平每增加1个单位,农户采纳专业化菌棒出菇技术的概率提高0.628个单位;第二,分析作用路径发现,生产管理水平通过增强农户的经济感知和降低农户的风险感知,从而促进农户采纳专业化菌棒出菇技术。因此,合理提升香菇种植的生产管理水平、多渠道增强农户的价值感知、采取差异化的引导和激励策略是推广专业化菌棒出菇技术的有效途径。 It is an important measure to improve the quality of lentinus edodes and promote the development of edible mushroom industry to promote farmers to adopt specialized mushroom production technology.Based on the micro level of farmers’behavior,this paper uses the Logit model and the intermediary effect model to explore the influence of production management level and value perception on the adoption behavior of farmers’specialized mushroom production technology and its internal mechanism,and uses the micro survey data of 640 farmers in Heilongjiang Province and other 9 provinces to conduct an empirical test.The results showed as follows:First,the production management level has a significant positive effect on the adoption behavior of specialized mushroom production technology of farmers.With the increase of 1 unit in production management level,the probability of farmers adopting specialized mushroom production technology increases by 0.628 units.Second,the analysis of the action path found that the level of production management can enhance the economic perception and reduce the risk perception of farmers,so as to promote the adoption of specialized mushroom production technology.Therefore,it is an effective way to promote professional mushroom production technology by rationalizing the production management level of mushroom cultivation,improving farmers’value perception through multiple channels,and adopting differentiated guidance and incentive strategies.
