摘要
在叙事医学视角下,以护理学导论课程为依托,对广西中医药大学护理专业课程的教学内容、教学方式及实践活动的改革进行探索和实践,将叙事医学引入护理教育,通过叙事医学实践训练,培养护生感同身受地理解、解释、回应患者的疾病故事及其困境,以及对患者的价值观产生共情的能力,坚定其从事护理工作的信心。把叙事医学应用于护理专业课程的教学中,既能锻炼护生吸收、理解患者疾病故事的能力,又能体现护理课程的人文性价值取向,使人性与科学相互融合,具有十分重要的应用价值。
On basis of the course of introduction to nursing,from the perspective of narrative medicine,Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine implement the teaching reform of nursing education in terms of teaching content,teaching methods and practical activities,narrative medicine is introduced into nursing education by narrative medicine practical training,nursing students are cultivated with the ability to empathize,interpret as well as respond to patients'disease stories and their dilemmas,to empathize with the values of patients,and to strengthen their confidence in nursing career.The application of narrative medicine into nursing education,exercises the ability of nursing students to absorb and understand patients'disease stories,compensate humanism in the value orientation of nursing courses,and integrates human nature and science,that of great value.
