Narrative nursing practice based on the concept of systematic holistic nursing

本研究尝试将叙事护理融入系统化整体护理,渗透到护理程序的评估、诊断、计划、实施与评价各阶段,通过责任护士与患者之间的叙事,充分看到患者的“价值认定”和多目标导向,实现关注、再现及最终的归属,做以患者的生理、心理、社会等多方面需求为目标导向的整体护理。

This study attempts to integrate narrative nursing into the systematic holistic nursing and infiltrate into the nursing procedure,which includes evaluation,diagnosis,planning,implementation and evaluation.The patients'"value identification"and"multi-objective orientation"can be fully observed through the narration between the responsible nurses and the patients,which can help the nurses to achieve attention,reproduction and fnal attribution.Thus the nurses can supply the holistic care based on the patients'needs of physiology,psychology,society and others.
