住院医师叙事医学教学的探索与实践

Exploration and practice of resident narrative medicine teaching

纵观整个住院医师规范化培训(以下简称规培),医学人文的培训内容和时间都不足,但是医学人文的重要性不言而喻。为了提高规培学员的医学人文素养,经前期叙事医学理论学习及实践调研后,浙江大学医学院附属第一医院针对全体规培学员开设了住院医师叙事医学临床实践课程。该课程包括叙事医学基本概念、平行病历写作、叙事医学与医患沟通、叙事护理、用叙事医学的方式探讨死亡、叙事医学与科研、叙事医学的其他临床应用七部分内容。该课程的授课团队成员均来自临床一线,在教学、临床、科研等不同层面进行叙事医学的教育与实践,希望通过本研究探索叙事医学中国本土化的临床实践新路径。

Throughout the standardized training of resident physicians,the training content and time of medical humanities are lacking,but medical humanities are very important.In order to further improve the quality of medical humanities,the course"Clinical Practice of Narrative Medicine for Residents"was established after the theoretical study and practical investigation of narrative medicine.The course includes seven parts:basic concepts of narrative medicine,parallel chart writing,narrative medicine and doctor-patient communication,narrative nursing,death in view of narrative medicine,narrative medicine and scientifc research,and other clinical applications of narrative medicine.The teachers of this course are all from front-line clinical medical workers,with aspects of teaching,clinical,and scientifc research,hoping to explore a new path for the localization of medical humanities inclinical practice.
