改良小切口腋臭切除术临床分析

Clinical analysis of modified small incision axillary odorectomy

目的 对改良小切口腋臭切除术的治疗效果进行持续观察,总结该术式的开展过程及技术关键,进一步推广应用该术式。方法 选择2021年3月至2022年6月在我院进行改良小切口腋臭切除术的158例患者作为研究对象,总结该术式开展过程、技术关键,术后跟踪了解患者满意度,观察患者治疗效果,监测患者术后并发症出现情况。结果 术后6个月腋臭治愈率为77.84%(123/158),总有效率为96.2%(152/158);术后经3-6个月的随访,绝大部分患者伤口愈合良好,患者满意度97.47%(154/158),患者复发率1.27%(2/158);患者术后并发症率5.06%(8/158);皮下血肿发生率(3.16%)显著高于皮瓣坏死(1.27%)和切口愈合不良(0.63%),差异显著P<0.5;该术式比传统小切口腋臭切除术具备明显优势。结论患者接受改良小切口腋臭切除后临床治疗效果好,患者满意度高,临床并发症发生率较低,该术式安全有效,值得临床推广使用。

Objective The therapeutic effect of modified small incision axillary odorectomy was continuously observed,the development process and technical key of this procedure were summarized,and the application of this procedure was further promoted.Methods A total of 158 patients who underwent modified small incision axillectomy in our hospital from March 2021 to June 2022 were selected as research subjects,and the process of the operation was summarized,and the postoperative follow-up was followed up to understand the patient's satisfaction,the treatment effect of the patient was observed,and the postoperative complications of the patient were monitored.Results The cure rate of axillary odor was 77.84%(123/158)and the total effective rate was 96.2%(152/158)at 6 months after surgery.After 3-6 months of follow-up after surgery,most of the patients had good wound healing,patient satisfaction was 97.47%(154/158),and the recurrence rate was 1.27%(2/158).The postoperative complication rate of patients was 5.06%(8/158);The incidence of subcutaneous hematoma(3.16%)was significantly higher than that of flap necrosis(1.27%)and poor incision healing(0.63%),with a significant difference of P<0.5,and this procedure had obvious advantages over traditional small incision axillectomy.Conclusion After receiving modified small incision axillary odorectomy,patients have good clinical treatment effect,high patient satisfaction,and low clinical complication rate,and this procedure is safe and effective,which is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
