摘要
目的 分析微聚焦超声用于面部皮肤年轻化的临床价值。方法 选择我院2022年1月-2022年12月面部皮肤老化患者共50例,给予微聚焦超声治疗,比较治疗后的全球美学改善量表评分、治疗疗效、疼痛评分、面部皱纹量表评分及不良反应发生率,及治疗前后的生活质量评分比较。结果 治疗后3个月,全球美学改善量表评分显著高于治疗后1个月,对比存在统计学差异(P <0.05)。50例患者治疗显效29例,有效21例,总有效率100%。治疗后,所选患者的生活质量量表评分高于治疗前,对比存在统计学差异(P <0.05)。治疗后3个月,面部皱纹量表评分显著高于治疗后1个月,对比存在统计学差异(P <0.05)。本次研究共3例患者出现不良反应,发生率为6%(3/50),症状均较轻微,对症治疗后均得到有效缓解。结论 微聚焦超声用于面部皮肤年轻化的临床效果确切,可有效美化面部,促使面部皮肤年轻化,改善患者生活质量。
Objective Analysis of the clinical value of microfocal ultrasound in facial skin rejuvenation.Methods A total of 50 patients with facial skin aging in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected and treated with micro focused ultrasound.The global aesthetic improvement scale scores,treatment efficacy,pain scores,facial wrinkle scale scores,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared after treatment,as well as the quality of life scores before and after treatment.Results After 3 months of treatment,the score of the Global Aesthetic Improvement Scale was significantly higher than that of 1 month after treatment,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Among the 50 patients,29 were significantly effective and 21 were effective,with a total effective rate of 100%.After treatment,the quality of life scale scores of the selected patients were higher than before treatment,with statistical differences(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the facial wrinkle scale score was significantly higher than that of 1 month after treatment,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).In this study,a total of 3 patients experienced adverse reactions,with an incidence rate of 6%(3/50).The symptoms were all mild,and effective relief was achieved after targeted treatment.Conclusion The clinical effect of micro focused ultrasound on facial skin rejuvenation is accurate,which can effectively beautify the face,promote facial skin rejuvenation,and improve patient quality of life.
