局部涂抹及口服胶原蛋白肽在皮肤年轻化中的研究进展

Research progress of topical application and oral supplementation of collagen peptides in skin rejuvenation

皮肤老化涉及机体自身和外部环境共同作用,细胞、细胞外基质在老化过程中发生复杂的转变。胶原蛋白肽(Collagen Peptide, CP)在对抗皮肤老化方面有着重要的作用,其主要通过抑制皮肤氧化应激、抑制皮肤糖基化、对抗慢性低度炎症来改善皮肤衰老。目前对于局部涂抹应用CP的研究较少,本文旨在阐述局部涂抹以及口服CP抗皮肤老化的作用,对CP目前应用的局限性和未来展望加以总结。

Skin aging involves a combination of the body's own and external environments,with cells and extracellular matrix undergoing complex transformations during the aging process.Collagen Peptide(Collagen Peptide,CP)has an important role in the fight against skin aging,mainly by inhibiting skin oxidative stress,inhibiting skin glycosylation,and fighting chronic low-level inflammation.Currently,there are few studies on the topical application of CP.The purpose of this paper is to describe the anti-aging effects of topically applied CP on the skin,compared with oral CP,and to summarize the limitations of the current application of CP and futureperspectives.
