激光治疗婴幼儿血管瘤的研究进展

Advances in laser treatment of infantile hemangioma

婴幼儿血管瘤(infantile hemangioma, IH)是一种常见的血管异常性疾病,近年来其发病率呈上升趋势,鉴于其可能导致毁容性及功能损害性后遗症,早期积极治疗已经成为共识。激光在婴幼儿血管瘤中的应用日益广泛,其优势在于疗效好、不良反应少、治疗周期短及更易被家长接受,联合其他治疗手段疗效优于激光单独使用且副作用并未增加。本文复习了国内外关于激光治疗IH的文献,就其单独使用、联合使用及联合其它手段的应用现状及进展进行综述。

Infantile hemangioma(IH)is a prevalent vascular anomaly that affects infants and young children.In recent years,the incidence of IH has shown an upward trend.Given the potential for disfiguring and functionally impairing sequelae,early and aggressive intervention has become the consensus.Laser therapy has gained increasing popularity in the management of IH due to its favorable therapeutic outcomes,minimal adverse effects,shorter treatment duration,and greater parental acceptance.Combination therapy with other treatment modalities has been demonstrated to achieve better efficacy than monotherapy with laser,without increasing the incidence of adverse events.This article reviews the literature on laser therapy for IH in China and abroad,summarizes the current status and progress of its use as a standalone treatment,combined laser therapies,and in combination with other methods.
