摘要
山区高速公路跨越沟谷时,往往需要对桥梁方案与路基方案进行综合比选,特别是如何根据工程实际协作发挥各参建单位优势,在设计阶段最大限度地挖掘方案优化潜力,以最终实现工程整体建设效益最大化,是广大从业者一直关注的重点。以云南某山区高速公路设计阶段1座10跨30m预制小箱梁大桥为例,从工程可靠性、工程造价、环境保护、施工组织等方面,分析了桥梁改高填方路基方案优化的可行性,以供类似工程参考。结果表明:案例中桥梁优化为路基方案具有较好的经济效益和环保价值,山区高速公路设计阶段的方案优化论证尤为必要。
When a mountain expressway crosses a ravine,it is often necessary to make a comprehensive comparison between the bridge scheme and the subgrade scheme,especially how to make full use of the advantages of the participating units according to the actual conditions of the project.In the design stage to maximize the potential of optimization of the project to achieve the ultimate construction of the project benefit maximization,has been the focus of attention of the majority of practitioners.Taking a 10-span 30-m precast small box girder bridge in the design stage of a mountainous expressway in Yunnan province as an example,the paper discusses the engineering reliability,engineering cost,environmental protection and construction organization,this paper analyzes the feasibility of optimizing the scheme of changing the bridge into high fill subgrade,which can be used as a reference for similar projects.The results show that it has good economic benefit and environmental protection value to optimize the bridge as the roadbed scheme in the case,and it is especially necessary to demonstrate the scheme optimization in the design stage of Mountain Expressway.
