旧设备智能化改造助力智能制造业发展 被引量:1

Intelligent Transformation of Old Equipment Innovates the Development of Intelligent Manufacturing Industry

摘要 很多制造企业生产设备更新周期较长,老旧设备状态良好,无法联网管理,不满足智能制造的需要。同时老旧设备存在一定程度的线缆老化、锈蚀磨损等情况,故障多发,给企业安全生产带来潜在的安全隐患,因此对老旧设备进行智能化改造势在必行。本系统通过在现有设备或产线上外挂智能数采装置获取设备原始数据,不改变原有设备功能和结构,构建网络共享平台,打通设备数据传输渠道,实时在线故障诊断,实现设备的数字可视化集中管理,节约设备升级迭代成本,大幅提升老旧设备使用率,适用于各类工业化现场,助力打造智能工厂,促进企业健康持续发展。 Many manufacturing enterprises have long production equipment updating cycles,old equipment is in good condition,and cannot be managed online,which does not meet the needs of intelligent manufacturing.At the same time,the old equipment has a certain degree of cable aging,corrosion,wear and other conditions.The frequent failures bring potential safety hazards to the safety production of enterprises.Therefore,it is imperative to intelligentize the old equipment.The system obtains the original data of the equipment by attaching an intelligent data acquisition equipment to the existing equipment or production line,does not change the function and structure of the original equipment,builds a network sharing platform,opens up the equipment data transmission channel,real-time online fault diagnosis,realizes the digital visual centralized management of the equipment,saves the equipment upgrading iteration cost,and greatly improves the utilization rate of the old equipment.It is applicable to various industrial sites,and helps build an intelligent factory,promote the healthy and sustainable development of enterprises.
